Loos & Dilworth Offers Phenolic Resins
For Rubber industry

Bristol, PA 19007 Loos & Dilworth, Inc. announces Resin 7510. A thermoplastic p-octylphenol formaldehyde resin, it is used in the rubber industry as a tackifying resin in order to improve the tack of synthetic and natural rubber-based compounds. It is particularly recommended for manufacturing tires, belts and hoses for which various parts have to be built up prior to vulcanization. Rate of use is 2 to 10 parts per 100 parts of rubber. With EPM or EPDM, a level of 5 to 10 p.h.r. is recommended.
